The Houses

Alia Andros consists of 5 elegant, minimal, and modern residencies, able to accommodate from 2 to 6 people. The residencies have been built with absolute respect for the natural environment creating a peaceful paradise for relaxation, tranquility and rejuvenation.

Each residence features a spacious living room, modern bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and private outdoor areas. It is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, electrical and electronic appliances, to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The kitchens are equipped with an oven with hobs, a large refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave oven.

Guests can relax in the spacious, tastefully decorated living room or enjoy the sea view from the private balcony of each residence.
The residencies are also equipped with air conditioning, smart TVs, king-size beds with high quality mattresses as well as toiletries.

Alia Andros has a private parking space, WiFi in all areas, while guests have direct access to the shared emerald pool and the beautiful beach, Gides, which is just a few meters away from the complex.
